This 200-hour multidisciplinary program empowers you to facilitate change in your life and inspire others through Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.

Located in Seattle, WA this training follows a four-step process: Initiation, Cultivation, Maturation, and Separation, with self-study (svadhyaya) at its core. You’ll begin by tapping into your potential, learn tools rooted in the Yoga Sutras, anatomy, and Ayurveda, and develop your authentic teaching voice. The journey culminates in your graduation and the creation of your personalized teaching manual.
